“An oasis of peace in the heart of Naples”
In 2025, Casa Regina Coeli opened its doors to a completely renovated hospitality experience through its new guest house: Casa per Ferie. Following a comprehensive restoration, an entire floor of the historic monastery complex is now dedicated to welcoming tourists, families, groups, conference attendees, and pilgrims.
Managed by Fondazione Opera Pia “Casa Regina Coeli”, the guest house Casa per Ferie is a modern, clean, and comfortable accommodation. It offers a quiet, private atmosphere—ideal for guests seeking a peaceful stay.
Location
Located in the heart of Naples’ historic center, at Vico San Gaudioso no. 2, the guest house enjoys a strategic location just steps from Via dei Tribunali, the Naples Cathedral (Duomo), and the National Archaeological Museum, and only 400 meters from the famous Sansevero Chapel, home to the Veiled Christ. Guests can easily explore the city on foot or via the metro: Line 1 at the ‘Museo’ or ‘Dante’ stations, or Line 2 at the ‘Piazza Cavour’ station, all located just a short walk from the guest house.
Despite its central location, the interior of the monumental complex, accessed exclusively through its magnificent 17th-century cloister, opens up to a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and the Bay of Naples, offering a sanctuary of absolute peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The guest house Casa per Ferie offers a sanctuary where guests can experience deeply human, spiritual, historical, cultural, and artistic values.

The Facility
Thanks to its modest capacity of 42 beds in total, the guest house Casa per Ferie is the only accommodation in the heart of Naples’ historic center capable of comfortably hosting large groups.
Single and double rooms are available, all with private bathrooms, along with a shared lounge area for relaxation and breaks featuring sweeping views of Mount Vesuvius, the Cathedral (Duomo), and the Bay of Naples.
The furnishings are simple, understated, and functional. Thanks to the constant care of our dedicated housekeeping staff, the environment is exceptionally clean and comfortable.
The floor also features a private chapel available to guests for quiet reflection and prayer, as well as a media room reserved for the community’s private use.
Guests can enjoy the monastery’s magnificent 17th-century cloister, featuring a hidden inner garden. Upon request, guided tours of the entire monumental complex are also available.
Lunch Room
Located on the same floor as the bedrooms, at the end of the guest house hallway, this shared lounge area is available to guests for breaks and relaxation.
It is a bright and welcoming room featuring sweeping views of Mount Vesuvius, the Cathedral (Duomo), and the Bay of Naples.
